Shapes: triangles

XSight RT offers only one finite surface: the triangle. Triangles are useful to model almost any surface or solid by surface subdivision.

Syntax

• Triangle(point₁, point₂, point₃, material)
• Triangle(a_X, a_Y, a_Z, b_X, b_Y, b_Z, c_X, c_Y, c_Z, material)
