Creates a new vector by filtering and mapping at the same time.

Parameters

predicate  FuncDouble, Boolean
The predicate to evaluate.
mapper  FuncDouble, Double
The mapping function.

Return Value

DVector
A new vector with the filtered items.
Remarks
This method can save an intermediate buffer and one iteration.
